Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description

Bayside ABA is searching for skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our team. Bayside ABA is a clinic based organization located in Seattle servicing children aged 2-7. Our focus is on providing evidence based practices that produce the most effective outcome for our clients. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job duties

• Provide supervision and behavior management as needed
• Conduct Initial and ongoing behavior assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Directly supervise and monitor those implementing programs as to ensure treatment fidelity
• Review and analyze data for individual clients to ensure the treatment plan is effective in creating behavior change
• Conduct regularly scheduled parent meetings and trainings
• Train staff and other stakeholders on proper implementation of ABA treatment plans
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings to collaborate with other members of an
  interdisciplinary care team including BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, PTs, SLPs, OTs and Psychologists

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with the state of Washington
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
• Successfully complete a criminal background check at the time of application
• 2+ years experience working with children with Autism
